Pricing
Our services are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid, though they are covered under some long term care insurance policies. Most clients pay for our services on a private-pay basis. We charge by the hour for our care management services and for any other services we provide through our Care Managers.
We charge a one hour minimum for services that require us to leave our office (there is no minimum for work done by phone or computer from our offices).
If we arrange for services through another service provider (a home care agency, for example) those agencies will bill you directly at their own rates.

When considering the cost of our services, consider the cost of the alternative, which can sometimes mean a caregiver quitting their job, a loved one moving to an assisted living facility (which costs over $4,300 per month and is not covered by Medicare), or care givers feeling needlessly anxious or guilty about the care of someone they love. The Genworth Cost of Care Survey estimates that for the typical woman, the lost wages due to dropping out of the labor force because of adult caregiving responsibilities averages nearly $143,000. That figure reflects the wages lost while not working — typically for about five years — as well as lower wages after returning to the workforce with rusty skills. When foregone pension and Social Security benefits are counted, the out-of-pocket losses roughly double.
